Have you heard of Joy Jars? My human just found out about them. The idea is really simple, but powerful. You have a jar, and every time something good or fun or special happens, you write it down and put it in a jar. You do it all year, then on New Year’s Day, you open up the jar and read all the joy the past 12 months brought.
Here is an example of my own! I used my pet shop visit from the other day.
So you just fold up your note and drop it in the jar. I can’t wait to have more notes!
