For Valentine’s Day, my human thought I might like these pumpkin waffles. How they came about is a long story, but I’ll try to keep it short. I was having, um, a digestive issue, and since my human didn’t have time to run to the pet store, she opened a can of pumpkin she already had. Which meant she had a lot of pumpkin left over! Most of it got made into pumpkin-pecan bread, but there was still some left over.
Since I love pumpkin, she decided to make pumpkin waffles in the heart-shaped waffle maker for Valentine’s Day.
To make it cat friendly, she replaced the sugar with a combination of freeze-dried chicken crumbles and catnip. That smelled heavenly!
The batter came together really quickly. We had waffles in a matter of minutes.
So how did they come out? Did I like them? You’ll find the answers in the video below! Even though it’s not a YouTube Short, it’s still only a minute in a half, so you’ll get the answer pretty quickly!
